Insomnia mh [ - ]
Cannot sleep because my mind won't shut up. Of course, I've been having trouble giving myself time to meditate which seemed to help me so much. Why?
Both issues are likely related. I am anxious about so much in my life right now. I think I shouldn't waste time meditating. This is obviously when I should do it!
Stress and anxiety are downright exhausting. As such, I don't accomplish as much as I'd like because I cannot focus. I am in a perpetual state of "what should I do?"
What you should do

Our ability to see what we want and want it can overwhelm us, especially when we are not in a place where we can drive after our wants with speed.
